Feeling great. Stomached is not as bloated, skin has cleared up, performance and endurance has improved. Have cravings at time, but definitely more so when my meals are not balanced. I’m wondering; what is the percentage of a balanced meal and snack (protein vs. fat vs .carb.)?

There is no set ratio/percentage for the macronutrients. You'll have to play around with it and find what works best for you. I've been playing with my diet over the past 2.5 - 3 years. I finally found what works best for me for the goals I want to accomplish. Here is what I consume (of course the numbers vary from day to day and workout to workout):

Protein 30 - 40%
Carbohydrates 10 - 20%
Fat ~ 50%
