Week 3

It's been 3 weeks now. I hope everyone is starting to feel a change in your energy levels, quality of sleep, performance at the gym, etc. Share you experience in the comments section.

So far so good!
Have not noticed big changes in sleep and energy levels, however I'm recovering a lot faster from the work-out sessions. Performance at the gym, and other activities have improved as well.
On a quantifiable level - I've lost 10lbs, and 2 inches off my belly.
Not really missing or craving any foods on a regular basis - more of a relaxed - "it would nice to have X at the moment" - But then the feeling passes.

Hope everyone else is doing well on their diet challenges as well.
