So I thought my weight had stabilised but apparently I was just bloated and retaining water...weight going down again...8 lbs since we started 2 weeks ago...eeeks!!

-sole with basil & olive oil, steamed beets with olive oil & pepper, thai curry dish that Jeff made (spaghetti squash, mahi mahi, coconut milk & spicy spices!) - it was delicious!!!!!
had green today as well - always tends to make me dizzy & I had lots of palpitations today.
Jen- when am I checking you into the Dieu? In the mean time, stop weighing yourself. But keep eating so you don't turn into an emaciated lump before I get home.
Breaky- 2 eggs, bacon again- little selection on the road : (, fruit, coffee Snack- 1 piece beef jerky, 1handful brazil nuts Lunch- cobb salad minus cheese with olive oil, 2 handfuls mixed nuts annd seeds, handful of grapes Supper- carrots, 5 shrimp, swordfish, picked the leftover carrots and steak bits off my cousins plate red pear for dessert
Being on the road for a week on this diet is retarded, but manageable. Most places are pretty flexible with substitutions and such, luckily brought lots of groceries for the snacks and making lunches
Breakfast= 1.5 eggs (just couldn't eat them all!), 6 strawberries, few nuts, peppermint tea
Lunch = spinach & romaine salad with tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, few nuts
Snack = few bits of turkey, cucumbers, few nuts
Snack = 1/2 avocado
I have felt like complete crap since last night! Nauseous, sick to my stomach, pain the stomach kinda day! I thought eating would help, but it didn't much so I just tried to eat as little as possible. Seems really strange since I've been feeling so good so far! Must be the damn turkey!!

Meal 1: ham omelette, blueberries, unsweetened applesauce, pecans.
Meal 2: 1 boiled egg, mango, almonds, black coffee.
Meal 3: homemade turkey soup with carrots, onions, turnip, parsnip, leeks; almonds.
Meal 4: turkey, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, brussel sprouts; almonds.
Meal 5 (Post WOD): protein shake with mango & strawberries; hazelnuts.
Jen Foster... You're not eating enough food!!! With all of the yoga and CF you do you are using way more calories than consuming. Eat more!!!

Snack - Coffee with coconut milk, almonds, carrot sticks, banana and an apple.
Lunch - Spaghetti sauce with pepper squash and frozen veggies
