breaky- 2 eggs, shrooms, zukes, tomato slices, applesauce with coconut milk.

snack- few pieces of chicken, brazil nuts, cukes, carrot sticks

pre hot yoga- few brazil nuts
post hot yoga- ground turkey with sweet potato

dinner- mahi mahi, asparagus, squash, 1/2 banana with almond butter

scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee + cream

cobb salad--spinach leaves with tomato, cukes, avocado, chicken, etc. olive oil + lemon, coffee + cream

organic dried fruit (blueberries, cherries, mango--unsweetened, unsulphered), almonds

more coffee and cream with nuts--to keep me awake while driving

spaghetti squash with tomato meat sauce, white wine

Breakfast - Bacon, 2 eggs, celery, green & red pepper and mashed sweet potatoes

Snack - Almonds, Macadamia nuts and raisins

Lunch - Spaghetti Sauce (Ground beef, crushed tomato, onion and carrot) and buttercup squash

Snack - Raisins, Macadamia nuts, almonds and black coffee

Dinner - Roast beef, squash, broccoli, asperigus, 1 tangerine, 1 mango and a 1/2 glass of red wine.

Snack - Brasil nuts and almonds.

Another day where I missed protein in my snacks.

1 glass of wine hits me pretty hard now. If I stick to this challenge any longer that just the smell of wine will get me loopy.

A day late! Sorry! Was too wiped to go online last night...

Breakfast: 3 eggs, salsa, 1/2 avocado, handful of grapes, coffee with almond milk

Snack: few nuts

V. Late Lunch: leftover chicken curry with veg

(Detox Yoga!)

Dinner: steak, green salad with tomoatoes, peppers, 1/2 avocado, slight drizzle of olive oil

I actually poured myself a glass of red wine and only had about 3 sips! lol Guess I just wasn't in the mood for it!

Post WOD-lunch: two eggs, banana, bacon, black tea

Snack: apple, brazil nuts; americano

Supper: spaghetti squash with tomato sauce with all the goodies!

More traveling! Busy weekend! Happy to be home!
