If I stick to this challenge any longer that just the smell of wine will get me loopy.

Late Lunch: leftover chicken curry with veg(Detox Yoga!)Dinner: steak, green salad with tomoatoes, peppers, 1/2 avocado, slight drizzle of olive oilI actually poured myself a glass of red wine and only had about 3 sips! lol Guess I just wasn't in the mood for it!
