post wod- chicken and sweet potato

breaky- omelette with shrooms and spinach, tomato slices, few brazil nuts

lunch- lean ground beef, shrooms, tomato, asparagus, squash, honeydew with coconut milk

snack- 1/2 piece of chicken, cukes, carrot sticks, few brazil nuts

dinner- egg whites, shrooms, broccoli, squash, few brazil nuts

Breaky: hard boiled egg, blueberries, walnuts

Snack: handful of nuts and a coffee- meeting all morning

Lunch: Beef and veggie soup- homemade with paleo crackers

Snack: apple ; Mac nuts; 1/2 hard-boiled egg

Pre- WOD: 1/2 hard-boiled egg

Post-WOD: 1/2 apple with almond butter

Supper: more soup and crackers

Lots of water! Not to hungry today - mouth sore; tough to eat hard foods!

Too much fruit lately and body can feel it!

post: hamburger tomato sauce, coffee + cream

1 apple with cheese and grape tomatoes

steak + apple + cheese + grape tomatoes

more steak, broccoli, red wine

Pre Wod: 2 meatballs, few nuts

Post Wod: 2 meatballs, banana, black coffee

Breakfast: mushroom & tomatoe omelet, side tomatoes, black coffee, few nuts

Lunch: 2 eggs, salsa, 1/2 avocado

Dinner: chicken, mushrooms & brocolli, 1/2 avocado

Snack: few bites of chicken, nuts, few raspberries

post - banana, nuts,
black coffee

hamburger sauce, steamed brussel sprouts with olive oil & pepper, spoonful of guacamole, 1/2 baked apple (with coconut oil, cinnamon & coconut flakes)

hamburger & guacamole, other 1/2 of apple, tea

salad (romaine, cukes, radish, celery, orange pepper, parsley), guac & chicken, few nuts.

maca nuts, little chicken, salad.

Breakfast - 2 eggs, roast beef, celery, green & red pepper and 1/2 banana

Snack - Coffee, avocado, almonds, pecans, cashews & banana

Lunch - Spaghetti sauce (ground beef, crushed tomato, onion, carrots) and mashed sweet potato

Snack - Coffee, almonds, brasil nuts and apple.

Dinner - Roast beef, buttercup squash and salad.

Snack - Roast beef and squash.

Lunch - pot roast, carrots, celery, mac nuts

Snack - few brazil nuts, pot roast, apple

Dinner - steak, squash, salad, olive oil, lemon

Snack - leftover steak, few mac nuts, 1/3 cucumber
