The final day! Congrats to everyone that have made it this far. Now,whatever you do, please do not go back to your old habits and ways. You made it all this way and your body is thanking you for getting rid of the toxins that have riddled your bodies for years. Be proud of what you have accomplished and keep it going!

Last day to write down everything I eat. I am going to have more spare time now.
When are we going to have the BBQ? We started with 19 people and it looks like we are down to 8 so it should be a good BBQ.
Some people kept food logs that they are submitting within the next day or 2.
I have to talk with Andrew about the BBQ but I was thinking it'll be on a Saturday (20th or 27th) after the 10:00-11:00 class. I will even post a poll on this blog and CFK blog to see what works for people. Majority rules!
So over half the people that started were able to finish. That is good to hear
BBQ on the 27th!!!!! :)
Really enjoyed the challenge for the most part and will continue with this way of eating... Maybe just adding a bit more booze on special occassions! :)
I'm out!! As of 8.30 this eve, I'm out...hee hee!! Great run everyone...thanks for the support!! Don't worry Dawson, it was a very minor transgression from a nutritional standpoint with only the top quality ingredients and the finest wine!!! :) I'm still mostly intact....but prob'ly put back on a few pounds...at last count this am, I was down almost 15 from when we started!!!

Both days have conflicts for me- timing wise, but I'll work around what works for everyone else!

Snack - 1/2 can tuna, celery, avocado, 1/3 cucumber
Lunch - 4 eggs (forgot to stock up on meat), walnuts, carrots, 1/3 cucumber, orange
Dinner - steak, salad with olive oil and lemon, steemed broc
Snack - few walnuts, 1/2 can tuna, cuke
post wod- sweet potato, chicken
breaky- 2 eggs, shrooms, spinach, avacado, 1/2 safe muffin
lunch- leftover red curry chicken, 1/2 banana, few hazelnuts and almonds
snack- ground turkey, avacado, carrot sticks, cukes
dinner- egg whites, shrooms, squash, 1/2 safe muffin, broccoli
Pre wod: chicken, nuts
post wod: protein powder, banana
breakfast: Spanish omelet with orange, black coffee
lunch: chicken, steamed veg, 1/2 avocado
Snack: nuts
dinner: burger, no bun, side salad, nuts, coffee
snack: nuts
pork roast, brazil nuts
pork roast with mixed veg
mac nuts, walnuts, raisins
trout with tomato, basil, olive oil sauce, green beans and carrots, slice of squash
