IT'S OVER!!!

After 6 weeks I have noticed HUGE changes in many of you. I want to applaud your dedication and determination. Enjoy the new you. Many of you have lost a great deal of weight and were still able to add weight to your lifts and shown great improvements on the metcon WODs. That is the result that I was looking for. Ecstatic is the best word that I can use right now to express how I'm feeling about each you. Friggin' awesome job everyone!

I'm hoping to keep this blog alive by posting recipes, information, etc. So if you ever come across a recipe that you would like to share, email it to me at angrif2010@gmail.com, along with a picture. I'll be sure to post it lickity split!

I'm glad you're planning on keeping this blog Dawson. It was a real help throughout the whole contest and I think it'll continue to help. One thing (among many) this competition did for me is help me enjoy going food shopping and cooking fresh ingredients. I find I now shop every few days for my meals buying only what I think is good wholesome food. It's nice not having all that crap in my fridge and cupboards.

Where do I submit the expense claim for the new suits I had to buy?

You can give the receipts directly to Andrew. Be sure to make a photocopy so he doesn't short you any money.

hey!

i know i haven't posted my stuff for the past week or so, I've been running on a very hectic schedule, i have it all written down so I can probably post it sometime tonight or tomorrow. Most of it is pretty much the same as what Amy is eating, except for the lunches at work which i've had the cooks specially prepare for me every time :)

I'd like to thank you for running this challenge. After the first week I didn't consider it a 'challenge' anymore, more like a lifestyle. Since starting crossfit in august and then this diet, i'm smaller and in the best shape i've ever been or can remember, so its gonna be the way i do things from now on.

so thanks Dawson, for showing me a different, if not better, way.
