Breakfast/Lunch: hamburger (no bun) with tomatoe, pickles, mustard, mixed greens with olive oil, drizzle of balsamic, peppermint tea

Snack: few nuts

Dinner: steak, mushrooms, peppers, brocolli, cauliflower cooked in coconut oil (just a bit), orange for dessert

1 glass red wine (that I'm slowly sipping as I write this!)

Still feeling crappy today... food seems to make it worse! Just blah overall. Had little energy at the WOD this morning, felt weak! So not liking this feeling!!!!

raspberries & blueberries heated with coconut butter, nuts & meat

hamburger patty with mustard, pickle, salad with olive oil, salt & pepper (@ windmills - not enough to fill me up)

lots of water & tea today (peppermint & ruby chai)

Take-out yay!! Siem Reap - Soup B is paleo - chicken, coconut milk, lime & galangal - delicious!!! I added extra chicken and some red peppers to the soup to fill me up.

A little hungry this afternoon - likely due to the intense yoga

Lunch - Salad, Turkey and 2 eggs.

Snack - Coffee (Black), dried mango slices, macadamia nuts

Dinner - Salmon cakes (Salmon, ground almond, green onions, red peppers, egg and spices), salad and mashed sweet potato. Dessert was frozen berries with coconut milk and ground almond.

Snack - dried mango slice, turkey and coffee

Friday night was the toughest night yet. I was sleeping next to our daughter who woke up to feed. Mariana came up stairs to feed her and asked me to take the cookies out of the oven. Yes....the chocolate chip cookies that she was baking for church.

The entire house had that beautiful baking smell of chocolate chip cookies. To top it off, she had prepared another Brazilian dessert that was cooling off on the kitchen table.

It was incredibly difficult to not bite into one of those cookies. Or gorge myself on the dessert.

I hope this gets easier over the next 4 weeks.
