I just have to say that I am craving BREAD today in the worst way!!! Who would've thought? I don't eat much of it to begin with, but man, I could so go for a slice of toast or something! haha

Jamie...Bread is good but I have something for you to think about.

That bread was made in a dirty bakery by a hairy fat man. There is no air conditioning in that bakery so he sweat a lot.

The butter for the bread had been left out for a week and was growing mold. The flour is stored in a bin that has never been cleaned and may or may not have been chewed on by a mouse.

The baking pans are rarely washed and oven has never been cleaned. And to top it off, that bread has been sitting out for 2 days. There is no moisture left and the crust is rock hard.

I hope that helps with your cravings.

post wod- sweet potato, egg whites

breaky- egg whites, tomatoes, shrooms, onions, honeydew melon, strawberries with coconut milk

lunch- steak, squash, brussel sprouts, avacado

snack- egg whites, 6 brazil nuts, raw veggies (cukes, red pepps, carrot sticks)

dinner- talapia, broccoli, squash, avacado, 1 spoon coconut butter

breakfast: meat, 1/4 orange pepper sticks, banana & almond butter

lunch: butternut squash soup, orange pepper slices, 1/2 apple with almond butter, chicken & mahi mahi fish

dinner: chicken, butternut squash soup, steamed brussel sprouts (mixed with olive oil, lemon, diced green apple, parsley, salt & pepper), few date with almond butter.

a few red teas today!
my appetite is evening out, no so hungry between meals. Feel like I have more energy today than the last few weeks. Still feel exhausted at 7am CF, but that could be the fact that it's 7am!

1 pint raspberries, grapes, 1 apple, coffee and cream

steak with egg and panchetta, arugula and carrot with oil

fry up with eggs, chicken, broccoli, tomato, peppers, cheese--before and after WOD, grapes

1 glass red wine

Jen F. - It took me a while to understand what you were getting at and no, I will not talk bad about wine. 1 glass is a nice treat during this challenge.

Breakfast - Salad, 2 eggs, Turkey, apple, banana, almonds and pecans.

Snack - Coffee, macadamia nuts and apple.

Lunch - Spaghetti sauce (ground beef, crushed tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and red wine), mashed sweet potatoes and pepper squash

Snack - Banana, black coffee, macadamia nuts & almonds

Dinner - Salmon Cakes (Salmon, ground almond, green onions and red pepper), mashed sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash & salad.

Post-WOD - 1/2L of 1% Milk and 2 tbsp. of whey protien isolate

Snack - Piece of steak with good bacon, spaghetti squash and broccoli.

LMAO!!! Haha DAN! You sure cured my craving for bread! MATT - you liking it was the cincher! haha Thanks guys!

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bit of ham, peppers, few nuts, banana

Lunch: steak, cucumbers, 1/2 avocado, banana

Dinner: chicken, bruschetta, 1/2 avocado, banana

My stomach seems to be a little less upset today - thank god! Not so much of an appetite which is a good thing! Too many bananas today I'm sure, but they are soothing on the tummy!

Slept in- late breaky/ lunch- 1egg fried in oil, steak
Snack- apple with almond butter, cinnamon and coconut, couple of brazil nuts
Supper- salmon with onions and red pepper, sweet potato, brocolli and radicchio

Meal 1: 1 fried egg, mixed fruit (strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, cantelope, melon), pecans.
Meal 2: pork, more mixed fruit, almonds.
Meal 3: scrambled egg, bok choy, almonds.
Meal 4: beef tenderloin, red & green pepper, asparagus, walnuts.
Meal 5 (post WOD): protein shake with almond butter; sweet potatoes.

Lunch - roast beef, green pepper, 1/ cucumber, few almonds

Snack - roast beef, apple, few almonds

Dinner - steak, butternut squash, fish oil caps

Snack - walnuts, leftover steak, celery
