Thank you to the folks on here who posted spaghetti squash recipes. Carrie made it tonight along with a tomato pause/extra lean beef sauce and it was delicious. Fantastic for post-WOD.. :)
Breakfast: 2 eggs, salsa, few nuts, coffee with almond milk
Lunch: steak, cucumbers, few nuts
Dinner: extra lean ground turkey meatballs, 1/2 avocado, salsa, 1/2 c raspberries
Still not 100% in the stomach area, but getting better - thank god! WOD was great tonight! Oh, and for some reason, my craving for bread is pretty much gone! Thanks Dan & Matt! ;)
Breaky- 2 eggs, scrambled, 4 brazil nuts, green tea Snack- 3 macadamia nuts and a peach Lunch- salad with tuna, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil and lemon, no coffee with cream though : ( Snack- handful or mixed nuts, salmon heated in olive oil Supper- slow cooked beef roast with mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, jalapeno pepper, red cabbage, served with spaghetti squash.
Supper really made me love eating again. It's so nice to be home.

1 egg, 2 pieces good bacon
coffee with cream, salad greens with 2 boiled eggs, 1 can tuna, tomatoes, cukes, 1/2 apple...shared with Amy
more salad, 1/2 apple, 1/2 oz cheese, coffee with cream
2 chicken with 1 tomato, cheese
1 turkey sausage (no preservatives, sugar, etc.), 1 head of broccoli
1 glass red wine
hamburger, nuts
chicken, banana & almond butter
hamburger soup (hamburger, onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, carrots, celery, over cooked spaghetti squash), nuts
more soup, steamed carrots with olive oi & pepper, few pecans
chicken, steamed carrots & olive oil, brussel sprouts, pecans

breaky- egg whites, shrooms, onions, avacado, squash, strawberries, raspberries with coconut milk
snack- brazil nuts, carrot sticks
lunch- talapia, onions, shrooms, broccoli, squash (with coconut oil)
snack- macadamia nuts, egg whites, red pepps, cukes, carrot sticks
dinner- chicken, tomato, broccoli, avacado

Snack - Black Coffee, dried apple and mango, macadamia nuts and pear

Snack - Avocado (I finally found a good batch of Avocadoes. At Price Chopper the bags are usually too ripe. I found a good bunch at Loblaws.)

Energy levels have been improving and hunger has leveled out.

Meal 2: 1 banana, pecans, black coffee.
Meal 3: beef tenderloin, red & green pepper, asparagus, walnuts.
Meal 4: pork tenderloin, bok choy, pecans.
Meal 5: beef tenderloin, red & green pepper, asparagus, walnuts.
Meal 6: omelette with turkey, tomatoes & green onion.

I'm clearly behind, so I'm coming out of the wood-work for this one!
Breaky: 2 hard boiled eggs with grilled zucchini, carrots, celery and onions in sesame oi: Black tea
Snack: Banana, brazil nuts: Orange Blossom green tea.
Lunch: Pork, spaghetti squash
Snack: Strawberries, mac. nuts.
Supper: Roast Beef, grilled and raw zuchinni, peppers, carrots and salad. Strawberries, melon, watermelon, cantaloupe. Black tea.
I steamed my cabbage with (fresh) basil- sooooooo good!
