Day 29 - Two Weeks To Go!

1 bowl of ground beef cooked with salsa (tomatoes, garlic, onions, peppers), 1 apple, coffee + cream

3 egg omelet with tomatoes, 1 avocado, cheese

1 box of raspberries, 1 box of blackberries, steak, cheese, panchetta, cheese on lettuce and tomato (chivito sandwich from Pan Chancho, minus the bread), beef jerky

steak (with butter), carrots, broccolini, 1 glass red wine, 1 bowl of purple grapes

post hot yoga- 1/2 piece chicken, 2oz sweet potato

breaky- 2 eggs scrambled with kale, onions, shrooms, tom slices, avacado, applesauce, a few strawberries with coconut milk

post run/lunch- mahi mahi, squash, brussel sprouts, avacado, few brazil/hazelnuts

snack- 1/2 piece chicken, cukes, green pepps, carrot sticks, few brazil nuts, 1/2 safe muffin

dinner- chicken stirfry (kale, shrooms, onions, avacado, broccoli, squash) cooked in coconut oil

Ah! What a day!

Breaky: egg cupcake with veggies; brazil nuts: black tea

Snack: egg cupcake with veggies; espresso

Lunch: Fresh greens, red and yellow peppers, satay chicken

Snack: pork, apples, cherries, brazil and walnuts

Supper: Pork, the last egg cupcakes, carrots, avacado

Banana with almond butter and unsweetened coconut.

The Dan special- coconut milk, pineapple and rum! Sssooooo yummyyyy! Thanks Dan! I have been craving this all day and I'm not a big drinker!

Halloween is my favourite as well; I almost am grateful that I can't bing! Ha.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled, salsa, raspberries, 1/4 avocado, few nuts, coffee with almond milk

Snack: 2 oz chicken, few nuts, raspberries

Snack: 1 oz chicken, few nuts, banana

(wasn't able to grab lunch before yoga! )

Dinner: chicken with pesto, side salad, olive oil, glass of absolutely delicious red wine!!

Snack: few nuts, beef roast, raspberries, peppermint tea

really hungry today but that's because I didn't bring enough food to work and worked later than planned!

Chicken (again), banana with almond butter, tea

chicken, cucumber salad (cukes, red peps, parsley, olive oil & pepper), celery with some sunflower butter

same as the above, coffee with almond milk

Jens awesome 5:15 yoga class.

tea, celery & nuts

Pre yoga- 2 eggs
Post yoga- banana, blueberry, strawberry smoothie with almond bevy, almond butter and flax
Snack- beef, tea, pear
Lunch- steak with egg and pancetta, arugala and carrot salad
Supper- turkey meatballs in tomato sauce with onion, mushrooms, bell peppers served over spaghetti squash
Dessert- frozen blueberries with almond butter and coconut milk

Snack - Coffee, turkey, almonds and apricots

Lunch - Shepherd's pie (ground beef, sweet potato, tomato paste, onions, garlic, carrots and celery)

Dinner - Pork chops with onion, garlic and unsweetened apple sauce, spaghetti squash and broccoli

Snack - almonds and dried apple slices

Amanda, glad to hear your enjoyed the coconut, pineapple and rum. It is a great way to wind down.

Was really craving sugar in the evening. Finally, I ran on the treadmill and stretched and the craving passed.

Snack - mixed nuts, berries and fruits
