cheese omelet with tomatoes, coffee with cream

pot roast with veg (same as yesterday), coffee with cream

2 eggs, 3 pieces of good bacon, 1 oz cheese, 1 pint of raspberries, 1 mango, 1 glass red wine

breaky- egg whites, tomatoes, shrooms, honeydew and strawberries with coconut milk

snack- red pepps, cukes, brazil nuts, egg whites

dinner- chicken, squash, brussel sprouts

snack- spoon of coconut butter, more raw veggies

Meals for last 3 days... I'm lazy and have kept them the same

Breaky - 3 eggs, walnuts, apple, blue berries

Lunch - roast beef, cucumber, green pepper, tomato, fish oil caps

Snack - walnuts, roast beef, celery

Dinner - Squash, beef tenderloin, fish oil caps

Snack - walnuts, roast beef, squash

Squash is my new friend! Feeling a little more energetic but still grumpy. I saw a bread commercial over the weekend and almost ran to the store for a loaf. That's a WOD isn't it?

Went to a dinner Saturday night with beer/wine and deep fried apps. Didn't touch a thing although I could have eaten the platter. Everything looked so good but the smell of deep fried crap kept me away.

Haha, that's hilarious Mike, sounds like a WOD to me, I'll be in the dairy aisle shoulder pressing jugs of milk!!!

Not nearly as hungry today as other days.

breakfast: coconut flour waffle (Jeff may have the recipe up on his munchables page - quite tasty!) with blueberry & raspberry sauce(cooked with coconut oil), chicken

lunch: shrimp, veggie curry stirfry with a coconut milk/almond butter sauce

dinner: leftovers from lunch, cooked beets, a few nuts, strawberries & raspberries.

snack: banana with almond butter.

likely too much fruit today, but was a nice treat.

Breakfast: eggs with peppers, bit of ham, 1/2 avocado, raspberries, coffee with almond milk

Lunch: chicken breast with salsa, butternut squash soup

Dinner: steak, brocolli & mushrooms, 1/2 avocado, banana

Still feeling crappy today; stomach is super upset. Had to force myself to eat dinner! This has NEVER been a problem for me!

Breakfast - salad, 2 eggs, turkey, apple, orange, pecans and almonds

Snack - black coffee, carrot sticks, celery sticks and broccoli

Lunch - Omelet (onion, green pepper, turkey and 2 eggs), mashed sweet potatoes, salad, orange pekoe tea and dessert (ground almond, peach, mango and strawberry, coconut milk)

Snack - Dried Mango slices

Dinner - Steak with little pieces of good bacon, pepper squash and salad

Snack - Dried Mango Slices

Was really tired on Saturday and Sunday but my energy is starting to come back.

Breaky- western omelette, fruit, coffee
Lunch- jerky, mixed nuts and seeds, finally found a place that wouldn't accomodate my dietary restrictions- good thing I bring my own snacks
Supper- steak with mushrooms, eggplant, peppers, green tea
Snack- mixed nuts and dried fruits

So glad to be home. Week from hell. I wanted to eat everything. It took A LOT of will power to not cave into the cravings by the end of the trip.

Meal 1: sugar-free sausage, scrambled egg, raspberries, almonds.
Meal 2: pork tenderloin, unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 peach, pumpkin seeds.
Meal 3: turkey, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, almonds.

Snack- mixed nuts and these weird squishy things that i think are dates?
