No Thanks Required

To everybody taking part in the dietary lifestyle change...

First of all, let me say thank you for your thanks and reply, "You are very welcome!", but all of you deserve the credit. I'm sure that sentence was littered with grammatical errors but oh well. I am obviously not an English major.

You are the ones that had to suffer through the cravings and alterations in mood during the early stages of this transition. You battled and won. You definitely need to give yourselves a pat on the back for that. Changing your diet is a very difficult thing to do and it takes A LOT of will power to do it. That's why you come to CFK. You want to challenge yourselves. And by combining the challenge of CFK and eating good, nutritious, wholesome foods will make you all machines!

This is something that I love doing and will keep doing for a very long time. Just seeing the changes in your appearance and performance is gratifying. Listening to and reading your comments on how you feel makes it all worth while. This is all the thanks I need.

All of you are turning into great athletes whether you think that or not. If you record your results, all you have to do is look at them and see the improvements.

Keep pushing hard and live life to its fullest. Life is too short. So enjoy it.
