I'M OUT!!!!
I haven't posted any meals in the last few days since I bombed Halloween lol. I wasn't as strong as Jen!! I have no idea how many drinks I had - totally lost track!!!
But not to worry Dawson - I'm sticking with the paleo even though I'm out of the challenge. I love it and feel amazing.
And I'm sticking with the black coffee too!!!

post wod- few pieces of chicken, 2oz sweet potato

breaky- 2 eggs, kale, shrooms, avacado, applesauce with coconut milk

post run/lunch- spaghetti squash, ground turkey, kale, shrooms, broccoli, avacado

snack- cukes, green pepps, carrot sticks, few brazil nuts, chicken

dinner- chicken, broccoli, avacado, 1/2 safe muffin

Breaky: banana pancakes (banana, egg, almond butter); turkey bacon; pumpkin seeds

Snack: asparagus and cukes; hard boiled egg; Mac. Nuts

Lunch: pork; squash; brazil nuts

Snack: melon; brazil nuts ( totally forgot about the protein- super busy day at work)

Post WOD: protein with coconut milk and banana- blended

Supper: hard boiled egg; turkey bacon; squash; Mac nuts

coconut milk, pineapple and rum blended! Thanks again Dan!

Feeling tons better today!

Dawson: when does the challenge end on the thrusday or the Friday? Not that I am anxious for this to end, just curious!

Everyone else: anyone want to try 60 days with me?

Pre WOD: hamburger, pistachios

Post WOD: protein powder with water, banana, black cofee, and a tea!

Breakfast: 2 eggs, salsa, 1/2 c. raspberries, pistachios

Lunch: spaghetti squash with meat sauce, few cashews (LOVE the spaghetti squash! It's better than pasta! delicious! Can't believe it's taken me so long in the challenge to try it!)

Snack: 1/2 safe muffin, few bites hamburger, few grapes

Dinner: steak, green salad with olive oil and walnuts, tea

pre: 1 egg, coffee + cream

post: 2 pieces pork, 1 box raspberries, 1 box blackberries, coffee + cream

chicken + purple beets, mango/red pepper mixture (taken in 2 meals over aft)

pork + veg mixture that Amy made (can't remember what was in it), 1 sweet potato pancake, more coffee + cream

1/2 halibut steak, 1 glass red wine

Ha ha Holland--glad you had a good Hallowe'en!

Breakfast - salad, chicken, 2 eggs, almonds, pecans, apple, orange and 1/2 banana.

Snack - Coffee, almonds, macadamia nuts, raisins and chicken

Lunch - Chicken with onions, garlic and thyme, and spaghetti squash

Snack - Coffee, almonds, macadamia nuts, chicken and raisins

Pre-WOD - Almonds, macadamia nuts, Brasil Nuts and a couple of raisins.

Post-WOD - Milk and whey protien isolate.

Dinner - Spaghetti sauce (Extra lean ground beef, crushed tomato, red wine, celery, carrots and spices) and butternut squash.

It looks like I ate a lot of raisins but it total is was only 1 fist full.

Holland, sorry to hear you dropped out but glad that you will try to stick with it.

Breaky - 3 eggs, walnuts, strawberries, kiwi

Pre WOD - 1 egg, few walnuts

Post WOD - protein powder with water, apple sauce

Lunch - chicken breast, 1/2 cucumber, few almonds, 1/2 tomato

Dinner - beef tenderloin, roast squash, mixed salad with endive, radicchio (sp?), mixed greens, olive oil

Snack - bit of chicken, few walnuts, 1/2 green pepper

In a way I'm looking forward to the end of the challenge but I plan on adopting this way of eating. I will likely have the odd slice of pizza but for the most part plan on sticking with Paleo. This last week almost all cravings have vanished. Pizza is the only one that has stuck throughout.

post: pork/chicken, apple

steamed cauliflower, chicken, salsa, butternut squash soup

chicken & pork medley, litte more soup, celery sticks, 1/2 apple with macadamia nut butter.

Steak, salad with pecans.

Few cups of tea throughout day!
