dinner- raw veggies, chicken, egg whites, 1/2 safe muffin, few brazil nuts

Breakfast: 2 eggs, grapes, coconut butter, coffee with almond milk

Snack: pistachios

(Hot Yoga)

Lunch: hamburger patty, nuts, apple

Snack: nuts

Dinner: yummy bbq'd steak, mango & onion salad (Mar's recipe!), small green salad with tomatoes, olive oil, few nuts, 1 glass red wine

Lots of water throughout the day. :)

chicken with salsa, raw veggies with sunflower butter

salmon, brussels sprouts with olive oil & pepper, homemade squash soup (homemade chicken stock, pepper & butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, onion, leeks, garlic, ginger, lime thyme & lime juice)

few nuts

lots of tea today - maybe a bit too much!
So, I bought Halloween candy for a zillion kids and ended up having 9.
Lots of leftovers.

Breakfast - Salad, turkey, almonds, 2 eggs, pecans, apple & pear (That is the last of the Turkey)

Snack - Coffee, carrot sticks & apple

Lunch - Frittata (Egg, carrot, broccoli and spices), plus 2 pieces of stewed beef.

Snack - Almonds and apple slices.

Dinner - Chicken, pepper squash and spaghetti squash.

Snack - almonds and apple slices.

Next time we do a nutrition challenge I am going to buy stocks in bulk barn. I ran into 3 people from CFK when I was there on Saturday picking up nuts.

Snack: Apple, almonds, a little of the leftover egg omelette

Snack: Chicken, dried apple, brazil nuts;

Dinner: Leftover egg omelette, broccoli strifry; espresso

Breaky - 4 egg omelette with green pepper, chorizo, tomato, asparagus, walnuts

Lunch - chicken breast, mixed green salad with lemon and olive oil

Snack - few Brazil nuts, chicken breast, apple, celery

Dinner - more chicken, carrots, butternut squash, macadamia nuts

Hahaha, Foster, he was eyeing up the Hershey Cookies and Cream minis. He's a sucker for white chocolate!

Breaky- rainbow trout(garlic, sea salt, pepper and lime)sweet potato pancakes, coffee
Lunch- 3 egg omelette with onion, jalapeno, bacon(good kind, no nitrates) chard, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, more coffee, freshly squeezed OJ with pulp
Supper- roast pork with cabbage, carrots, turnip, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes
Snack- choco coconut nutty bar thingy, little bit of almond and coconut butters
water throughout day, a little too much coffee
