pre: 1 egg

post and over day: roasted chicken, cheese, 1 avocado, 1 apple, 2 bananas, 1 box raspberries, 1 box blackberries, coffee + cream

2 burgers with cheese (no bun, of course), 1/2 avocado, 1 apple, 1 glass red wine

losing weight again...

pre- left over hamburger from yesterday, nuts

post: apple & more hamburger

hamburger, butternut squash soup, few nuts x3-4
(not much time to eat today, between clients, grabbed a few bites of the the above)

post wod- chicken, sweet potato

breaky- 2 eggs, shrooms, zukes, squash, avacado, applesauce with coconut milk

lunch- leftover red curry chicken, 1/2 safe muffin, few pieces of cantelope

pre hot yoga- 4 brazil nuts
post hot yoga- protein powder with 1/2 banana

dinner- chicken, shrooms, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, 1/2 apple with almond butter

Pre WOD: 2 meatballs, few nuts
Post WOD: 2 meatballs, banana, black coffee

Breakfast: 2 eggs, salsa, 1/2 avocado

Lunch: leftover spaghetti squash with meat sauce, few nuts, coffee with almond milk

Snack/Pre Yoga: 7 cashews

Dinner: 6 meathballs, 6 cherry tomatoes, handful of grapes, nuts

Breakfast - Salad, 2 eggs, chicken, almonds, pecans, apple and mango

Snack - Coffee, almonds, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, dried apple slices and banana

Lunch - Homemade spaghetti with squash

Snack - Coffee, nuts and apple.

Dinner - 2 shrimp, Curried Fish and squash. 1 glass of red wine.

It was a work party tonight and they were serving squash. I decided to bring my own dinner but the chili did look good.

Slept another 10 hrs last night. I don't know why I am sleeping so much lately.

Breaky - 3 eggs, walnuts, 2 kiwis

Snack - 2 eggs, apple, few almonds

Lunch - 3 eggs, green pepper, celery and carrots, few almonds

Dinner - beef tenderloin, squash, mac nuts, salad

Snack - leftover beef, salad, mac nuts.

Need to go shopping again for meat. I think I hit my daily egg quota!

eggs and bacon ( not the best bacon, can't be choosy in the north), coffee

safe muffin and ground cherries, more coffee

apple cinnamon tea

beef stir fry with mixed veg

banana and brazil nuts


Holding strong with the challenge so far. Pretty sure my family is going to drive me to drink soon enough,and it won't be just one.
