ground beef + salsa, seed/nut thing that Amy made from MDA recipe, coffee + cream

grilled flank steak with fried egg, goat cheddar, tomato, lettuce, arugula and charred carrot salad, coffee + cream

burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, + salad, glass red wine

post hot yoga- few pieces of chicken, 2oz sweet potato

breaky- 2 eggs, kale, shrooms, onions, zukes, avacado, honeydew melon, 1/2 safe muffin

post wod/lunch- ground turkey, tomato, shrooms, spaghetti squash, brussel sprouts, avacado
- applesauce with coconut milk

snack- few more pieces of chicken, brazil nuts, cukes, green pepps and carrot sticks

dinner- mahi mahi, brussel sprouts, squash, avacado

Breakfast: 2 eggs, salsa, mushrooms, few nuts, black coffee

Snack: few nuts

Snack: few nuts, again

Dinner: hamburger with mustard, no bun, tomatoe, pickle, green salad, few nuts, 1 glass delicious red wine!

Tired today, but that may be due to the many hot yoga sessions over the past couple days! Need to get to bed right about now!

porkchop, kiwi & nuts, tea

porkchop, squash soup, few nuts

burger (no bun, pickle, onion, lettuce, mustard), side salad

steamed broccoli with olive oil & pepper, cauliflower rice topped with chicken & tomato sauce (zucchini, mushrooms, onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes & spices)

Tea for dessert. Although, I will admit Jeff and I were both eyeing up the crispy crunch minis....hahaha

Snack: hard-boiled egg ; raw asparagus and dukes; brazil nuts

Lunch: chicken; squash; Mac nuts; espresso

Snack: hard boiled egg; melon; Mac. Nuts; Earl grey tea

Pre WOD: handful of chicken

Post: protein with coconut milk, banana, berries

Supper: chicken and egg omelette

Breakfast - Salad, chicken, 2 eggs, almonds, pecans, pear & orange

Snack - Coffee and almonds

Lunch - Chicken, onions, garlic, pepper squash and spaghetti squash, banana

Snack - Coffee, almonds & Apple

Dinner - Salad, sweet potato and tuna cakes and squash

Pre-WOD - almonds, macadamia nuts and some raisins

Post-WOD - glass of milk with whey protein isolate.

Milk seems very rich after drinking all this water.

I got a lecture from my chiropractor today about being underweight. 6'2' and 177 lbs. I am going to try and eat more nuts to get the calories up.

I found the recipe on Marks' Daily apple. They are supposed to be shaped into balls.

It contains nuts, dates,coconut, cocoa powder, ground coffee and cinnamon. you grind your nuts into a nut flour, then grind your dates and coconut, add the coffee, cocoa and cinnamon and some coconut oil to keep it together and press into balls or make into bars. Mine needed to be refrigerated though cause they were falling apart at room temp.
